Services

Mrs. Shoe provides shoe cleaning, repair, restoration and leather care services. Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide; final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your items. Results depend on the age, materials and condition of each item, and some wear, staining or damage may be permanent.

Payment and pickup

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Please collect completed items promptly; we will contact you using the details you provided when your items are ready.

SMS messaging program terms

This text-message program is operated by Mrs-Shoe (also registered as Mrs- Shoe, and also known as Mrs. Shoe).

Program description

By providing your mobile number and checking the optional text-message consent box on our online inquiry form, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Mrs-Shoe. These messages relate only to your inquiry, quote, order status and pickup, and replies to questions you send us. Mrs-Shoe does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Online collection of mobile numbers and SMS consent

Mrs-Shoe (Mrs. Shoe) collects customers' mobile phone numbers online through webforms. On our online contact and inquiry form at https://mrs-shoe.com/contact, customers enter their mobile number and can choose to receive conversational service texts by checking a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Entering a phone number or submitting the form alone does not give consent to receive text messages.

The consent notice identifies Mrs-Shoe (Mrs. Shoe), describes inquiry, quote, order-status and pickup messages, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and provides STOP and HELP instructions. Links to our Privacy Policy and these Messaging Terms appear beside the consent notice. Customers may submit an inquiry without agreeing to texts. We send service texts only after the customer affirmatively opts in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote or purchase any goods or services from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Opting out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Mrs-Shoe. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (352) 320-3278 or emailing info.mrsshoe@gmail.com.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance from Mrs-Shoe, or contact us at the phone number or email above.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Privacy

Your mobile number and texting consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
